These Terms of Service govern your use of the website plumberincoppell.com and all plumbing services performed by Coppell Plumbing Experts LLC (operating as Coppell Plumbing Experts).

1. Scope of Service & Authorization

All plumbing diagnoses, repairs, installations, and permit acquisitions are executed by or under the direct supervision of a licensed Texas Master Plumber in accordance with the rules of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE License RMP #M-41982). No work commences without written or explicit verbal authorization of our upfront flat-rate quote.

2. Upfront Pricing & Payment Terms

We provide upfront line-item estimates before starting any repair. Payment is due upon completion of services rendered unless prior written commercial financing or commercial net-30 terms have been established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.

3. Warranties & Guarantees

We provide written warranties on craftsmanship and parts installed by our technicians. Manufacturer warranties for equipment (such as Bradford White, Rheem, Navien, or Rinnai water heaters) are passed directly to the property owner. Warranties exclude damages caused by subsequent freeze events where preventative measures were omitted, severe ground soil shifting exceeding engineering tolerances, or third-party tampering.

4. Municipal Permits & Inspections

Where mandated by municipal codes (including the City of Coppell), we pull official plumbing permits and coordinate with city building officials for final inspections to guarantee safety and legal compliance.
