Customer Reviews & Testimonials

“Woke up to a warm spot on our hallway tile and a spinning water meter. Coppell Plumbing Experts arrived in 35 minutes, used electronic acoustic listening to find the leak, and completed an overhead PEX attic reroute the very next day. They saved our hardwood floors and provided full documentation for our insurance claim. Outstanding local team!”

“Our 50-gallon attic water heater started leaking into the drip pan on a Sunday morning. Called their 24/7 dispatch and they had a new Bradford White gas water heater installed with expansion tank and city permit by 2 PM. Transparent upfront pricing and completely cleaned up the workspace.”

“We had persistent sewer backups whenever the washing machine ran. Another plumber wanted to dig up our whole front lawn, but Coppell Plumbing Experts ran an HD camera and showed it was severe tree roots. Their hydro-jetter cleared the entire line in 2 hours and showed us the clean pipe on video. Honest, professional, and highly recommended.”

“Our 1970s home had three pinhole copper leaks within 6 months. Coppell Plumbing Experts repiped the whole house with Uponor PEX-A in three days. They kept the house clean every evening, turned water back on each night, and handled all drywall repairs seamlessly. Our water pressure is better than ever.”

“Upgraded our home to a Navien tankless water heater paired with a whole-house water softener. The difference in endless hot water and soft, scale-free water on our shower glass is amazing. True master plumbers who know what they are doing.”

“Our incoming city water pressure jumped to 105 PSI and blew out an angle stop under the kitchen sink. Dispatched quickly from Hackberry Rd, stopped the flood, replaced the valve, and installed a new Watts pressure-reducing valve. Exceptional emergency service.”
